* Orders over 1,000 EGP: Require a partial down payment, with the remaining balance paid upon delivery

‏ In Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria:

• ‏Orders are opened in the presence of the delivery representative to confirm the contents and ensure everything is in perfect condition before receipt.

• ‏After the order is received, returns or exchanges are not allowed.

In other governorates, including Upper Egypt and the Red Sea region:‏

• No returns or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.

• This policy is in place to maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, especially since many items are handmade, custom-designed, or personal-use accessories.
• ‏We kindly ask you to inspect your order carefully upon delivery, as no changes can be made after receipt.
